Student and parent testimonials and comments

I was extremely anxious about leaving home for the first time to go to a foreign medical university and so were my parents. I just turned 18 and had never been overseas. Fortunately Mrs Moodley from MSA had given me all the necessary info on getting to Romania and I was relieved to find someone with a my name on a board waiting for me in Bucharest. Everything was arranged and I was extremely happy when I met all the other students in Bucharest. We traveled together on a train to the university..."

"Leaving my family back in South Africa was very difficult. I was very scared and did not really know what to expect, even though I had seen brochures and video sent to me by MSA. I was very happy to meet a Medical Student Advisors representative at the airport in Bucharest, where we waited for some other students to arrive. It was good to meet other girls who were also just as scared as me. Now we are all good friends and study together. I also recently got 90% on my anatomy test"

"I have since graduated at and am now studying for my PLAB exams which I hope to write in September 2004. Thanks to the staff at the International Admissions office for helping me realise one of my life long dreams."

"Romania is an amazing country with the most beautiful women I have ever come across in my life. The cities have laid back buzz to them...not too big, yet not too small. The university is more or less what I expected. The faculty buildings are old in comparison to our universities back home, but I am grateful for getting a seat here especially because when I qualify, Romania will be part of the E. U. Medical Student Advisors were very helpful.
